The 2nd annual DLS Conference held in Chicago, IL is not a traditional conference - it’s a movement.  Men of color not only need to be leaders in their families but also have opportunities to be leaders in their communities and in the work place.  We want to change the narrative by providing men tools and strategies to succeed in work and life.  We won’t just inspire our attendees but give them actionable tools they can use immediately.
